1. Do you sell to individuals or only wholesale?
  Only wholesale.
2. How do I find your prices?

3. How do I order?
  You can call (800) 223-2004, fax (336) 668-0861 or email trish@logantexinc.com your order, e-mail link is on the contact page. Be sure to include any special shipping requirements and your contact number
4. Is there a minimum order amount?
  Initial order minimum is 100 yards total (any styles, any colors).
5. How do I set up a wholesale account?
  Place your order, fill out state required paperwork (NC form E595E) and once payment arrangements are made your account is set up.
6. What kind of payment do you accept?
  Net 60 terms can be extended upon credit approval by our factor, CIT Financial Services. MasterCard and Visa are also accepted.
7. How do you ship your products?
  UPS is our primary shipper, however FedEx and parcel post can be accomodated if necessary. Larger shipments are shipped LTL. Terms are FOB Logantex Warehouse Browns Summit, NC.
8. How long does shipping take?
  Normal handling time is 24-48 hrs after receipt of a credit approved order, on standard bolt orders, and up to one week on ROT orders.
9. Where do you ship from?
  Browns Summit, NC (a suburb of Greensboro)
10. Do you send sample cuts?
  This is determined on a case by case basis. Sample cuts up to a maximum 5 yards can be purchased. If you need more than that, a standard bolt would need to be purchased. Lead time is 3-5 days, as we do not have a sample room. The charge for sample cuts is $5.00 for the first 3 cuts. If you need more than that, there is an additional charge of $5.00 per cut.
11. Do you send full catalogs?
  We don’t have catalogs. Your local sales rep can show you our line. Please contact us and we will have them contact you for an appointment. Color cards are available for reordering purposes.
